If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, after this period we will no longer be able to process your request.

Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags attached.

2. Return and exchange procedure

  2. Our customer service team will review your request and send you the necessary instructions and the return address.
  3. Carefully package the item or items to be returned, ensuring that you include the invoice or order number.
  4. Send the parcel to the address provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
  5. Upon receipt, our team will check the condition of the item to approve the refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
